At Austin Wealth Solutions, our goal is to provide our customers with industry-leading products and strategies to address all of their financial needs, while still delivering the customer service that you would expect from a local firm.

Meet The Team

Cody Austin - Financial advisor and coach

Cody was born and raised in Glenmont, OH, and now lives in Wooster, OH with his wife Ashley and son Asher. Upon graduation from West Holmes High School, he attended The University of Akron, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in financial planning, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).

After graduation, he made the decision to relocate closer to home where he launched Austin Wealth Solutions, an independent financial planning and financial coaching firm. Cody's favorite part of his career is being able to help people in his community, many of whom he has known his entire life, work towards reaching their financial goals in hopes that they are able to live more fulfilling lives.

In his spare time, Cody serves as a board member of the Wooster City School District Board of Education, and enjoys sports, kayaking and spending time with family and friends.

Felicia hay - director of marketing

Felicia joined the Austin Wealth Solutions team as the Director of Marketing in 2023. After graduating from West Holmes High School in 2013 Felicia continued her education at Hondros College of Business. She brings a decade of marketing experience to the Austin Wealth Solutions team.

Felicia resides in Millersburg with her husband Grant. They enjoy traveling, hiking, and Jeep rides. She also volunteers her time to the West Holmes Middle School cheerleading program. Felicia has enjoyed bringing her expertise in marketing and advertising to the world of finance, and looks forward to serving you here at Austin Wealth Solutions!
